How to Choose the Right Network Marketing Company

If you are looking at starting a network marketing business but don’t know which company to join this post is for you. Choosing the right network marketing company can be very confusing, especially because there are so many different companies to choose from.

The marketing system, products and pay structure are the main features that will differ between Network Marketing companies.  So, you’ll need to consider each of these factors before deciding which company you want to join.

Some of the newer Network Marketing companies can be a bit deceiving with promises of  riches and people jump in thinking  they will make lots of money almost immediately.  There is more to a company than just the hype about your possible income and you need to learn what is involved to achieve that income.

Marketing System and Tools

It’s awesome to be able to plug into a system that doesn’t require you to be physically present when presenting your product or opportunity.

If your company expects you to “pitch” the program without any tools, you’re probably gonna struggle.

A good company should have tools at your disposal that will do the work for you.

The Products

The product line that a company offers is a big factor as you need to be comfortable promoting the product, and it helpful if it’s a product that you use yourself.

If you like and trust the product, you will find it much easier to share with others.

The Pay Structure

The pay structure, also known as the compensation plan is very important when choosing a Network Marketing company and can vary between different companies.  Many Network Marketing companies pay a commission based on the number of members you recruit,   the amount of sales made, or your retail profits.

You will also want to consider the frequency of payment by the company and what methods of payment they use.  There is no point in joining a Network Marketing company if their method of payment is not available in your country, so look into both the payment structure and payment method before signing up with any company.

Also, check what monthly qualifications you may need to achieve to be able to access any of your income for the month… eg: do they require minimum sales or volume points each month before you qualify to collect your check?

Of course there’s other criteria you should consider as well…. How long has the company been around? Who’s the owner and management team? What is their background, etc?    Do do your homework and always follow your gut before making a decision. Choose a company that you feel good about.

Different Network Marketing companies suit different people and if you do your research you will find one that fits your needs.

    Great tips Demetri. Rule of thumb for me is if you don’t see yourself promoting your products 10 years from today, then you don’t believe in it

    It’s so important that we take the time to do our homework before joining a company. And that means that you must love the products you’re promoting. If you don’t love the products you won’t make money, period.
